So I was at the mall today with my roommate and another girl in our program. On the second floor is a movie theatre and what do I see out front? GIANT posters advertising the Yokai Ningen Bem movie. I didn't know there was one, but there's an ad outside the mall, the three big posters, and other smaller posters with stills from the movie.

Inside the theatre, at the ticket counter, is where they also sell pamphlets for the movies. I had to get the one for YNB since it's a drama I've seen and liked before. I kind of want to see the movie but it's pretty expensive and my Japanese definitely isn't good enough to really get what's going on...

Might cave and see it since what the hell, I'm in Japan! It'd be good to experience a movie theatre I think. 

Pictures taken with my iphone so no guarantee that the quality will be amazing. Same guarantee goes for my Japanese, I can somewhat understand things but I'm still pretty rough with it. Practice makes perfect though.

The GIANT poster hanging outside the theatre. There were posters with Belo and Bela too but I don't think I took pictures of those. Bea's poster was "Youkai (too many words that could be used to translate, but roughly..) Devil or human" Belo's poster was truth or love

The Japanese by their heads reads "Kore de owaru" so basically it ends here



This is the pamphlet I bought. 700 yen and it's worth the price I'd say. I don't have a scanner but I can take pictures with my phone if anyone is interested

Sorry if does sounds spam (since I don't comment often), but the creature in the first picture reminds me of this, the Saibamen in Dragon Ball Z ...

Maybe it's hard to be original when coming up with designs for monsters/aliens/whatever

Well, probably, after all, all the big alien designs are already taken, the movie "alien" is a good example, the author of DBZ copied on it for a character after all ! :P
It's someone who's been inspired by someone who's being inspired by an other someone ... lol
