10 Day Live: Hide-Zou Produced

Date: May 3
Location: Takadanobaba Area
The details for this one probably won’t be as good as Tsunehito’s live. After Tsunehito’s live, I could write and then go to sleep. I pulled an all nighter in a café (couldn’t get a room I stayed at) and just have notes and bits recorded.
I’m guessing it was a holiday in Tokyo because everywhere was insanely crowded and the live house was PACKED. The numbered section went up to 300 before the B Tickets even started. I got a place in the third tier (which is in the back) but thankfully Takadobaba is a small livehouse so even that far back I could still see very well.
The lights dim and Hide-Zou starts talking. I’m wondering if they’ll be wearing suits or the costumes from the PV. I hope it’ suits and when the curtains pull back to reveal – suits! Damn they are hot in suits. Hide-Zou introduces that this is his day and then the first song started.
First song… I knew it but couldn’t remember the title to save my life
The next was one from the Huang Di mini album. Again can’t remember the title.
They played some more songs after that
Then Hide-Zou looked over at Asagi and called him over. He kept calling him “Aniki” during this live which is basically like saying “older brother” He said that this was their song and Asagi positioned himself so he was standing back to back with Hide-Zou. He did this a lot with the other members too. They played Gikyou Souden next. Aw, cute that it’s their song. I never knew that.
I think they played Day by Day next, which made me happy because I love this song
At some point Hide-Zou paused so he could talk. He stepped forward and was about to introduce the members then laughs and says we should already know who they are. So instead of him telling us their names he would have us yell their names. Hiroki was first. Hide-Zou steps up to him and says that Hiroki loves being naked (XD) and is always undressing – when it’s hot, and I think he said something about powerful moments. Hiroki was chuckling at this. Once Hide-Zou stopped talking we all yelled Hiroki.
Tsunehito was next. Hide-Zou approaches him and starts pumping his fist and chanting “Oi oi oi!” which Tsunehito always does. That made him laugh and then he was saying “Who is our bassist” so of course we all yell Tsunehito.
Ruiza was next and I wasn’t quite sure of what Hide-Zou was saying but he did call him the best guitarist. Ruiza was smiling over this.
Asagi was the next introduction and for the life of me I can’t remember what Hide-Zou said about him but he called him Aniki again, which was really cute
Hide-Zou saved himself for last. I think it was during this part too that he said he had presents for the members and ran off, then comes back with his sunglasses case. I had thought about buying the sunglasses case just because he looked so pitiful when describing it at the Treasure Box event but… I just don’t use a case for sunglasses! I spend enough money on this band anyway lol. But Hide-Zou returned with his sunglasses case and I think each case had the member’s name on it.
Tsunehito got his glasses first, then Hiroki, then Asagi. Then Ruiza. Tsunehito turned and put on his glasses and the fans were squealing over how cool he looked. Same with Asagi. Hide-Zou would present the sunglasses case very formally to his band mates and call them sama, which made the fans go wtf and the members giggle. But Ruiza was different. Hide-Zou gets up to him, calls him Rui-chan, and gives him his case. Then Hide-Zou went back to his side of the stage. Everyone is opening their cases and putting on their sunglasses so Ruiza opens his and find out it’s empty. Hide-Zou was trolling him! So Hide-Zou runs off and gets a box with a paper sign saying “Ruiza-sama” on it then gives it to Ruiza. Ruiza opens the box and pulls out this huge pair of extremely dorky sunglasses. He puts them on and everyone just started laughing hysterically. He had a good time with them and jumped up on Asagi’s platform to pose while Asagi was having giggle fits behind him.
They talked more then everyone started taking off the sunglasses except for Asagi, who wanted to keep his on. But he saw everyone taking them off and realized he was the only one with sunglasses still on. He jumped a little then took his off too and returned to his platform.
I think they played more songs after that… the next part I clearly remember is when Asagi moves to get his flags and got out two bigger ones. Hide-Zou was laughing about this then Asagi started chuckling too and says he got bigger flags. I think so it’s easier to see his movements?
Bon Voyage was first with the wave. It was interesting seeing this from the back of the room as I haven’t been on this angle for a D live before
Next was Dead Rock
THEN Night Ship D. I felt really pathetic as my arms were getting kind of tired from waving flags around. Obvious sign I need to go to the gym when I get home. Hide-Zou announced Night Ship D was next and Asagi came out holding his big flag. He handed it to Hide-Zou, who carried it around, then was laughing and saying it’s really heavy! Asagi just chuckled and lifts up the flag with one hand and puts it on his shoulder, obviously unaffected by the weight of it. He’s cover Hide-Zou with the flag every so often and smile to himself. There was an adorable moment in Night Ship D where Asagi just couldn’t get out the words because he kept laughing. It was so cute
Huang Di was next and fans were used for this. I had a fan in my bag but it was over by the wall and kind of far… so no fan motion for me, sadly. This song is special to me because it’s the first D song I’ve heard and the reason I started listening to them. So I am very glad I was able to hear it live
Huang Di was the last song of the main set so after that they all ran off stage
For the first encore (there were two, which seems to be the pattern for the 10 Days Lives) everyone comes back on stage and Hide-Zou has new presents for them. He gives them his sunglasses case again but says it’s regular glasses this time. There were screams of approval when Tsunehito turned to put the glasses on then faced the audience again. Damn, that man is extremely attractive with glasses! He rolled his shirtsleeves up too before coming out on stage. Very handsome Tsune! Hiroki and Asagi were in a bit of a predicament as Hiroki said he was wearing lenses and Asagi said the same. Ruiza did not get nerd glasses this time although his looked a little too big for his face. Hide-Zou goes back to his side of the stage and the fans are asking about his glasses. He pulls his case out of his suit and bows his head then looks up and we all just die laughing because he picked out these horrible, nerdy glasses for himself. He turns around and D just dies laughing too as they see him. Asagi was actually doubled over laughing. Hide-Zou looked pretty ridiculous with those on! Of course everyone (except Asagi) wanted to try on his nerd glasses so those were passed around and Hide-Zou put on other glasses that weren’t super nerdy. Then he was talking about his sunglass case again and how convenient it is…
When Hiroki put the nerd glasses on Tsunehito just started laughing hysterically and said he looked like a super nerd. Which he did. Then the other members were saying he looked like a nerdy teacher. Ruiza tried the glasses on next and the fans kept trying to peer pressure Asagi into putting the glasses on but no luck, he wouldn’t do it! Probably didn't want to ruin his yakuza boss image.
The glasses were eventually put away and Hide-Zou starts uncoiling his microphone but had some trouble with that so a staff member ran to help him and he was saying “Oh you saved me!” While everyone laughs. He and Asagi sang a duet for this… I can’t remember what it was but it wasn’t a cheesy boy band thing like from Monday. They were obviously having a good time
For the life of me I can’t remember what other songs they played in the encore
Ruiza hugged Asagi at one point though, which was cute
There was a second encore but again I can’t remember songs… just finny moments
When Hide-Zou was talking, Tsunehito interrupts him and is saying “Dakitai! Dakitai!” (I want to hug you) So Hide-Zou turns around and opens his arms. Tsune does the same, approaches him… then turns and runs to Asagi and hugs him instead. Asagi was laughing but hugged him back. Tsunehito did this twice to poor Hide-Zou. I don’t think he ever got that hug from Tsunehito.
At the end of the live Hide-Zou jumped on Asagi’s platform and thanked everyone for coming out and said tomorrow was Ruiza’s day. Then with their usual waving, hifiving (ugh wish I was closer) and pick throwing they left the stage, concluding tonight’s show.

So that it might be hard to do anything else than just laugh them (in good way of course) ♥ XD

Though Tsune blogs way too little so I'm kinda doubtful for that to happen (although he has been surprisingly active with blogging now), haha.

I'm hoping there are lots of images from this in the next Ultimate Lover issue
