Vampire, Vacation

Thank you everyone for voting in the poll. Normally I would give everyone more time to place their votes but I'm going on vacation to Colorado very early tomorrow morning.

The winner, with 6/13 votes, is Atsushi and Asagi. And... even if Asagi x Ruiza had won... I probably would have gone with Atsushi's part first. I looked at my outline yesterday and realized if I started with Asagi meeting and turning Ruiza some key details would be left out because I'd be skipping too many stories just to write their story.

So Atsushi and Asagi will be first. I've decided I'm going to write the vampire series in order... I should have done that with Lover's Blood, I just got excited to work on it and then once I'd started it I decided I might as well post it. I'm not bringing my laptop to Colorado (not much point since I won't have internet access lol) but I'll have my notebook and my phone so I will try to get some writing done while I'm there.

I'll be in Colorado for about a week. I don't trust the LJ phone app to work well with comments so I won't be overly active until I get back from Colorado. And I might have an Asagi x Ruiza oneshot to share too. They're starting to haunt me with ideas.

Thank you! I will so long as the weather holds out. Just hope the camping isn't horrible... I really can't stand camping anymore. Too many issues with it.

But it is beautiful in Colorado. My family and I like going there

Oh, I've never done the camping thing out there. I've only stayed at hotels or at my Aunt's house (she lives near Buena Vista...well, over the mountain from, but that 'near' for Colorado). I haven't gone camping since I was a kid...and I honestly don't miss it. Best of luck to you!

It was just snowing there last month or so. I hope it's stopped doing that...

Haven't done any camping in a long time... I've made it quite clear that I do not enjoy camping anymore. It was fine when I was a kid but after the tent flooded on one trip, I was forever turned off camping. I'll be in a trailer this time but still would prefer a proper hotel. Oh that's nice that you have a relative out there.

I'll be in Colorado Springs so it's supposed to be warm. Guess there's a fire going through there now...
